Silver award for Music

Silver Award for Music Education Provision

We are delighted to announce that Cromer Road Primary School has been awarded a Silver Award for Music Education Provision.

This year, the North London Music Hub, which brings together Barnet, Enfield, Camden, Haringey and Islington, launched a brand-new quality mark. It was created to recognise and celebrate high-quality music education in local schools, and to highlight the difference that a strong musical offer makes to children's learning, confidence and wellbeing.

We are very proud to be one of only ten schools in the borough to achieve Silver status in this first year of the award.

Why this matters

Music is an important part of life at Cromer Road. It gives children the chance to be creative, to express themselves, to perform and to work together. This award recognises the time and care that go into making sure every child has access to a rich and engaging music education.
