Our Amazing Writing
At Cromer Road we have been working very hard on our writing skills this year. We have two wonderful displays in our school full of amazing writing from Year 1 to Year 6. We also participate in different writing competitions across the year.
The most recent competition in EYFS and KS1 was to write in any style about animals for the Young Writers 'Awesome Animals - sparks of creativity' competition. We submitted 73 entries which were all selected to be published as part of a children's anthology book! Each child received a certificate from Young Writers, a book mark and of course the amazing opportunity to have their work published in a book in November. We will be receiving a couple of copies for the school to put in our library!
