Cromer Road Primary School

Year 5

Welcome back to Year 5!

We hope you had a restful winter break and are ready to enjoy some exciting things we have planned for this term, including our school trip to visit The Central London Mosque to start of our RE Project: What is the best way for a Muslim to show commitment to God? As well as continuing to learn more about Anglo-Saxon times but focusing on the impact the Vikings had on Britain and the Anglo-Saxons at the time.

We will also be delving into the science of live cycles of animals and plants, learning more about online safety and video making and editing in computing. Finally, we will be looking at the different rainforests across the globe and the importance of them as well as becoming 'Star Bakers' in DT.
